Mopar Super Stock Book

I've built 2, working on a third & helping "inkjunkie" with his (possible) HemiDart. Lots of fun, (for me) easier to do than a wedge motor, and truth be told, not that much specialized parts necessary, especially if you already have a big-block in the car.
Assuming you're using a motorplate, all you really need to do is space the K-member, move the master cylinder & hammer away at the passenger inner fenderpanel like the factory did. On my cars I was even able to use the same throttle cable! Radiator is dependent on how much hp you're making. I WOULD opt for custom headers though as the Hookers may need just too much tweaking for your liking.
Now if you're trying to do clone, THAT will take some time & dollars as some of the oddball parts aren't readily availible or are expensive. Of course if you can do alot of the work yourself it's faaaar cheaper.
