Thanks for the advice. That's what I thought and makes perfect sense. Where would I be able to get a vented filler tube from? Or other option is I go back to the vented fuel cap which I still have..
Not really familiar with the Duster filler tube. But if a 70-72 Duster filler tube will fit your car,they usually are vented.
You can take the tube out,and vent it yourself.
Ive heard of people drilling a small hole in there non-vented gas caps.
Or like you said,put your vented cap back on.
64 Cuda had a good suggestion as well.
Think of it like a gas can. You start to pour gas into the lawn mower,hardly any gas is coming out. Oh,shoot,I forgot to open the vent....Voila !!!!
