But I feel we need to add the south of the border version of spam/scrapple Chorizo.anybody? Years ago I worked as a dock worker for a large nursery where there were a lot of Mexican imigrants.Everyday we would chow down on chorizo and eggs in a tortilla washed down with a cold beer.Then one day I read the ingrediants = cows salivary glands and lymph nodes .I just can't enjoy it anymore ...
