Will dana 60 fit in early a body?

Will a narrowed Dana 60 fit in an early a body? The fuel tanks looks very close to the stock axle in my 64 Barracuda. Thanks.

Your stock axel is a 7 1/4?I have an 8 3/4 narrowed in my 66 Dart no problem.
