These ARE the hubcaps that fit the 14 inch wheel! Took them off myself from my 65 Valiant with 14 inch wheels with 195-70X14 tires on them.

These are the very common 13" type in the photo you posted.

The 13 inch variety look identical to the 14 inchers, just won't fit 14 inch wheels.
