Dang! Another freaking kidney stone

I had that done last time, and it was a piece of cake. They put you to sleep first, then you wake up a little sore, but it is easier to pass dust and pebbles than boulders. I had a BAD reaction to the anestesia, so I will not be doing that again.

I got a 2:20 appt. this afternoon and I'm gonna ask him about that.

Sorry to here you can't take the Flomax, that stuff makes life a lot easier when passing the stones.

My urologist had a display case full of large and odly-shaped stones in his office, I asked him about them and he said they were all kidney and gall stones that had been removed. Some were the size of baseballs ans some looked like pieces of spikey coral. Man, that freaked me out!

I've heard some can be really nasty/freaky looking and huge.
