Need tech help w/ 2007 Ram 1500 fr brakes(long read)

I have never had a problem w/ this dealership before.....ever.Our 99 Durango always went there.....for all its repairs.The Ram has never been anywhere.....so I am let down by this whole situation.Lets see how it goes in the morning.
