Quick update on me

Just wanted to give a quick update on myself for those who want to know. Ive done 2 weeks of chemo,I have 2 weeks off and will do another week of chemo and then 2 weeks off and do another week for a total of 20 days of chemo.
I never knew how bad this stuff was till I started to take it. Been very sick for 1 1/2 weeks and then 3-4 days I feel fine and then I start chemo all over.Bad headaches and I just want to sleep so I feel better.

Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers!!!!
 
I don't know how I missed this Mike....I don't think I was aware of your chemo.......My prayers are with ya', and we'll have the local Churches pray as well.

Mike,i hope everything turns out for the best hang in there and remember you owe me a race or two or.....
 
Doesn't sound fun, but it does sound better than the alternative. Here's hoping it gets easier, at least it's over soon!
 
I know what you're going through, secondhand at least, as my wife went through chemo 14+ years ago. She beat her cancer and you will too!
Both my wife and I are convinced it was her "It won't beat me" attitude that knocked it. Don't ever let it get the better of you.
Keep us all updated on your progress.
 
Keep up the good work Mike. A few more weeks and it will all be behind you.

Hay Mike!! I am glad you jumped in and updated us brother, You stay strong and I wish I could take some of the bad days away from you I have to X2 what pettybludart said and will keep the prayers going out for you.
 
I have been through this with my dad four times over a 20 year period, 2 times with cemo and 2 times surgury. Seemed to me that they dam near kill ya with the cemo. You are in my prayers and believe me I'm praying alot lately. I believe you will get through this. God Bless. Larry
