now i tried to read thru all of those to se it it was mentioned but i didn't see it...
in you first round of pics you can see that flap in the exhaust manifold... it it is stuck in the "on" position it will divert hot exhaust gases onto the bottom of the intake and make it over heat... when its cold or with a rag make sure you can move it around freely... it should go back to one spot tho... off
