To be honest I would think the pics(snow) are scaring people off. Yeah a notch in decent shape and if its v8 makes it interesting. $$$ is so tight right now(for me anyway) if it checks out, I would wave $2500. One other thing, get the vin, then spend $20 on a UVIP, or ask him for his. That will show you just how long its been in Ontario.
