power steering delete

I thought the S&P one was way too pricey so I made my own.
I bought a gates 38016 pulley and welded a bolt to a piece of square tubing that I welded to a piece of 1/4 steel that I drilled for the correct mounting location. I used a nut on the inside and washer to get the correct offset and then welded that as well. The bolt is slightly undersized, so I may eventually get a piece of steel machined to the right diameter for the bearing in the pulley with a threaded end so I can make it more like the mounting for other idler pulleys, but so far I think this will work fine. The pulley is an easy to find part and I kept the stock belt length this way as well.
