Degreasing Engine???

Awesome guys, thanks for the good answers, Ill get this thing looking nice if it takes a year, I always enjoy getting under the hood. Just sanded down / stripped the whole car and grinded any rust away and replaced with welded steel if needed. Nothing better than american steel. Now that Im primed its time to get into the engine.
