Dizzdean. have my original gaskets but yes, they're covered in 30-40 yrs of goop. Anybody know a good solution to getting them cleaned up or just buy new ones?....Thanks...John
I made myself some plastic tools for scraping down to the rubber. I use Gulf Charcoal Starter and lots of old rags. Anywhere between 4 hours and a 2 days to clean one gasket for reuse.
