Manual trans swap info
I have a 71 Duster and I am considering swapping in a manual transmission to boost the fun level up a bit. Currently the car has a 360 with a 727 trans. First off, what all would I need to complete the swap?
Is the crank already machined for the pilot bushing or bearing to be pressed in? Someone told me years ago that they were not, so I thought I would start with these questions and go from there. If I do this swap you all will have to be patient with me as I am sure I will have lots and lots of questions. Thanks again for any and all help.
