When I am welding the Aluminized Pipe. I use the Trigger with quick bursts on and off. I also turn the heat up a bit more along with the wire speed. Seems to get really good penetration and a good looking weld that way. I don't even grind or wire brush it either. Just my experience is all............keep at it, your making good progress!
