I hear you. Shoveling snow has about crippled me this winter. I'm not sure how I'll be able to work on my cars come spring. It's not fun when you need both hands to pick up an alternator. I hope I can work through some of this pain. I'm only 40, dangit.
I'm chronologically 40 as well ; I'll be 41 in April . I feel like I've got the body of an 80 year old , with the ability to be both 5 and 50 mentally .
