Here's one in the Nickels Worth right now. I don't know who they are or anything, but there are usually a few people offering this service. It appears to be a Post Falls number.

Edit - It appears to be Garwood wrecking, so I'm not sure if they'll take it without title. But the guy I used before was just a guy. He didn't care. He just sold parts and cut the rest up for scrap.
