the exhaust guides were way to loose (.003-.005) and the exhaust were to tight! grr so the head was off to the machine shop for guides and valve job...

You do really nice work, and don't seem to let ANYTHING slow you down, much less stop you.

I admire that!

Have you ever considered any sort of forced induction for this beast? It's a shortcut to high performance with slant 6's I think.

Tom Wolfe put a Buick turbo on a basically stock 225 in his Dart and went 12.95 in the quarter mile. It would take a lot of mods to run that quick, normally-aspirated, I think.

What are your thoughts on that???
