I recently received a few photos of a car I'm interested in, It's a 1968 Dart GT convertible. How many different interior color options were available in 68? I've never seen a Dark blue Dart with this color interior. Has anyone seen this color combo? I'm asking because I don't know a lot about this particular year dart/convertible. Thanks for your help. by the looks of it some one redid it only blue int that i know of for that yr of dart was a light blue met. the gauge cluster is also wrong it should be black

I could only view your photos as the thumbnail size pictures and the photo looks like it has fabric upholstery. The Dart GT & GTS convertible was available with vinyl upholstery only. A two tone blue interior was available which was mostly a medium blue upholstery (with dark blue trim). I believe the dash would have been a darker blue than what is shown. But I'm not certain.
It does look like the plastic parts of the dash have been painted when they should be chrome plated with black and argent painted accents. The steering wheel looks like an aftermarket wheel. The console top is from a 69 or newer A-body. The 68 had no wood grain trim and had a groove down the center of the console top. Its missing the Dart GT side trim and its missing the GT/GTS trunk finish panel.
Still, it looks like a real nice convertible.
