It is a original owner 71 Duster 340 car. Only option is 340, tach, suregrip and stripes. It runs and drives. I should have it home in a week or so. The interior is perfect. Has a quarter size hole in each outer quater and that is it. NONE behind the quarter in the extensions. The roof was painted black from the factory.

I thought the '71 340 Dusters had the shark tooth grill. Mine did, came
that way.

I also like the grill that's in it.
 
That is a very sweet duster you found CONGRATS! I would be very tempted to clean it up good and drive it original for a while. You did big! great car.

It seems that it has more options than I believed :

- Painted Roof ( V09 ? )

- Auto Trans

- Hi-Impact Tor-Red ( EV2 )

- Rallye Wheels

- Radio ( AM only ? )

Stripes were standard ; 340 was standard with , well , the Duster 340 .

The grille is from a 1970 model ( maybe even '71-'72 non-Shark Tooth style ) ; wonder if it was replaced after a wreck or ... ?

Please don't take what I've said as criticism . I'm just pointing out its options and standard items :) .

Looks like deluxe interior also. I seen the 2 tone bench with fold down arm rest. That is a 70 340 grill. Good for you man! I hope you got it reasonably priced. Does it run or has it run in a while? If not take your time and clean everything good first. I'm as excited as you are I think. I would love to be there to help with something like that. Yes, they are still out there. Great find!
 
I thought the top fender turn signal indicators were only on the Gold Duster. Mine had them and I'm glad I left them on now seeing that they are on that 340. Awesome find. I was just in Cedar Rapids Fri and Sat for Basketball tournament,

He hit a pig and went under a barbed wire fence in 1976 and replaced the grill but still has the broken one as well as the original carb that I get with it. All he did was bust the grille and scratched the front of it as seen in the pics. The only reason I found out about is my brothers wife's step dad owns it. It started right up. I'm going to clean it up and leave it for a while. They are only original once. It has 72,000 I think on it. Yes it has the deluxe interior and has head rests. I never knew the fender turn signal lights was painted?
 
That's a sweet car and worth a restoration if that's what you plan to do with it. Nice score.
