HELP needed in Champaign, Illinois asap!

Im about 2 hours from Champaign, kind of a haul just to check out whats wrong, I own a Towing business and could tow the car to you if there was a big problem with it but that gets expensive quick! Does she have a digital camera or know someone she can borrow one from? I would see if she could take some pics of the spring hangers and maybe see if she could e-mail you the pics, what she is describing sounds like one decided to go north through the trunk pan!!
