What scoops are you using? The duel scoops or the later one? If it is the 70-71 scoops yo could get AMT 71 Duster kit. It comes with the scoops and I am pretty sure rallyes as well.
The later scoop.. the snorkel type is another way I have heard it described.. if you look at the 'project Bills Buggy' thread in the members resto forum i have a picture of the scoop sitting on my hood.. I also did see the 71 Duster kit has the rallye's.. im not sure if any model kits have the scoop im looking for.. I may have to fabricate one LOL
