OH AND BTW WE ONLY HAVE ABOUT $2000 TO WORK WITH. AND WE ARE LOCATED IN VICTORVILLE CA THATS SO CAL......

I would scrap the old dart plans and find a retired county/city car at the auction. I have only bought one old mopar under $2000.00 that even ran much less I would put my daughter in.

kenporterauctions.com/

Look for the cars with no license plate and plan on spending 15 to 20% above what you bid for tax, license, fees,

This car is a 2000 low miles they have bad resale you could probably buy for less than $3000.00 http://kenporterauctions.com/vehicle_listing_Details.asp?id=107772

Just look for clean cars 2000 model year or older they go up in price fast if they are newer even if they are junk and beat.

well the thing is that i want to be able to work on it myself i had too many bad experances with newer cars i mean yes there nice till they break or it's time to smog them plus i have lots of parts to be able to use them on a dart or duster but what it really boils down too is the whole smog and repair issues.

too bad you ain't up here in san jose erea. I have a buddy who runs a tow yard and ha at least 1 affordable driver every 2 weeks.

16 year old girl? I wouldn't be thinking Mopar, I would be thinking one of these..... Built like a tank, run forever and and don't cost anything.

80s Volvo.

To bad your so far away. My father has a 72 318 scamp that needs very little work to be road legal. Blue car w blue interior, white vinal. Paint not prettiest, interior very nice. Car runs great. He is looking to get $2500 for it, but were on the on the east coast (Maine). Economy up here is horrible.
