Pushrod Angle problems
Simple fix... pull the hyd roller and put a flat tappet in it.
If you want to run the htd roller in a 59* SB with heads that weren't originally set up for the taller hyd roller, you need to grind the holes.

There have been many on this board, 340SFastback was one that had to deal with this same issue. It's not uncommon and has to due with the lifter height/cup height adn the crappy 59* moving the lifter PR cup point towards the exhaust side of your engine.
