I would think an A/C equipped radiator should work ok. I don't know if I would trust a used one long term though. I would test it though before you buy it. Bring an old bicycle tire tube and a hand pump. Just cut the tube in half and put it over the inlet and outlet and apply a few psi and check for leaks.
