Looking for a Head Light Switch Knob

Looking for a 66 Dart head light switch knob and shaft.
I found out how to remove the knob and shaft the hard way. After I broke it, I though I should check the manual to see how it comes out. Pulling and twisting the knob dosen't work as good as pushing the button on top of the switch.
