my statement about 4 - 500 dollars diff was comparing the edelbrock heads at 1400.00 to a set of 1.92's at 875.00 from indy or hughes which was what I thought would be the best application / power range for the truck. I just recently found out about Brian and will definitely pick his brain for his recomendation.
I was looking for the best reputable dealer because there coming to Canada and big coin for shipping, duty, brokerage, etc to send back if unsatisfactory
Also , I was wondering about the heat dissipation through aluminum but you still have other steel parts on your heads that have a diff coefficient of expansion - the cast irons seemed to be more user friendly - keep it simple
