What is the difference between a 1964-66 dart k members.

Is the only difference between the slant 6 and V8 K Members for the Dodge Dart for 1964-1966 just the motor mounts?

One post on here says (if I am not reading it wrong)that they are exactly the same except for the mounts.

If I use Schumacher Adapter Mounts; what else is purchased?

Hedders
V8 904 tranny
8 1/4 or 8 3/4 rearend,will need driveshaft made or shortened?
Need more info. with what you have already for an engine.

k-frame is the same. the difference is in the engine brackets.
 
They are the same. If you want to get nit-picky, the 65 and 66 have holes drilled for the sway-bar brackets.

Car presently has a slant 6 with a 7 1/4 I want to put a 340 in it with 308 heads edelbrock ld340 intake manifold in stealth mode, not sure what to use for the cam I want the the car to be used for highway road ralley race in that order. I also have a set of AAR Cuda Exhaust manifolds that I purchased for the project.

Opinions vary as to whether or not the exhaust manifolds will fit. If they do, you'll probably have to find a brave exhaust guy to hook pipes up to them but I'm anxious to see the result.
