Please pray for my stepfather who is very ill at this time. He is 88 yrs old. His kidneys are failing and he has been suffering from two forms of cancer. I will be driving from North Carolina to Massachusetts possibly as early as tomorrow night to be with him. Please remember him in your prayers. Thank You. -Tom

Thank You all. I am really torn up inside about this. He was my father for so many yrs after I lost my real birth father at a young age. It's kind of strange I knew this day would come but you seem to think because he has been around so long, he is like the rock of the family. Its really hard to explain through the tears. I am going to go and basically say goodbye. It is very hard.
 
Sorry to hear, that sucks. 88 is a full life, but it doesnt make the passing any easier. A full life means more memories to share. My condolensces Tom

Left NC yesterday at 6 A.M and arrived in Massachusetts at 7:30 P.M. last night. I will be going to visit him today.I will probably stay up here till Tuesday and drive back due to work. Thanks for the prayers and well wishes. Keep those prayers coming for him. He seems to be at peace with what ever happens will happen. I will post up after i visit him today. Again thanks all.
