Need a new carb. Want something with great throttle response and still flows good enough on the top end not to choke the 360.
Car doesn't get drag races, just a street pounder.

Believe it has a 2.76 ring and pinion. Plan on upgrading to a 3.55

Everything else on the car is stock.

According to carb calculators they are showing something around ~ 580cfm.

That just seems small for some reason.

I'm currently running a 4150 Holley 650 cfm carb but it was modified for the blow through setup on my old Dart. Because of the mods to the carb its not running the greatest without the turbo.

What would you recommend for a carb with an electric choke?
Street Avenger 570, 670cfm?

Between the two street avengers? 670

Not necessarily between the two. I had just been looking at them because I'm more familiar with Holleys then anything else.

I'm not against trying a different carb.

Call Jesse at Bigs Performance. 715-835-3726 I have one of his carbs on my 414 stroker and it works great. Street driven all the time.:hello1:

Those carb calculators are not very good.

Put a 750ish cfm Holley on it. Either a DP or a Vac carb.

Performance is performance to me.
On the street or track.
I always say a 750 double pumper because it's the cheapest performance carb but there is a carb that is smaller that will work great on any small cube engine.
I would get a 650 hp holley double pumper.

Six Pack! 355 cfm center carb for crisp throttle response. Over 1300 cfm available at WOT, no choking off of top end power. But then, I might be just a LITTL BIT biased. :tongue1:
