hey there guys I have a set of dyno max mufflers I am thinking about putting on 318 with headers anyone like them or use them or should I go with a set of cherry bombs

same here with the dynomax, i read in a magazine that they are the closest muffler sound for a muscle car back in the day

dont use the glass packs unless you get a kick out of going down a ritzy nieghborhood at 130 am in 1st gear
 
Cherry Bomb Glass packs, yuk! Power robbing fishing weights.
 
I did the glass pack thing when I was a teenager. It WAS fun and sounded great but it was a major cop magnet. From there I went to Hush Thrush muffs and then to the dynomax series and never looked back. Shoot, I even have a Dynomax cat back on my Jeep 4.0 HO and it sounds great.
 
What is the major difference between the Dynomax Super Turbos and the Dynomax Thrush Turbos?

basicly everything ;) think you can find cutaway pics of the superturbos with some simple googleskills.
the thrush turbo is basicly a standard turbomuffler.
the superturbo is a way better design.
 
Are there not a lot of members using the DynoMax Welded series of mufflers also.
I wonder how they sound.
