The Edelbrock, no. It's lower. IIRC, something like 244 @ 050.

Figure out what RPM range you want the engine/car to perform in and select the cam from there. Couple it with as much lift as the heads cn handle before the airflow stalls.
This will get you well into the ball park. Deduct 200/300 RPM due to the long stroke of the engine.
