I'm looking for a bellhousing to mount to a small block chrysler with the bolt pattern and whole cut to fit an A833 overdrive transsmission. I believe it is a 123 tooth flywheel. I can double check if that's important.

Those seem to be the scarcest ones for some reason. I see three options if you don't find one soon on here.
1) buy one from Passon or Brewers
2) Turn down your bearing retainer
3) Have the opening on another bell opened up. I have one with a 4.80 opening, that has obviously had that done to it. It doesn't have the factory chanfer in the hole, and it is still just a little too tight for my 4.78 bearing retainer.

Good luck with it.

I had the same problem a couple of years ago. I ended up turning down the bearing retainer. Thats been 8 years ago and that fix is still running strong. Leak and vibration free.

Do you think a machine shop could hone the hole out evenly? I'd be affraid to do it with a grinder?

Actually, they are the most plentiful in terms of factory production. The 5.125" bellhousing was the only bellhousing produced by chrysler for the OD, as that was the only factory bearing retainer size for the OD. Any OD with a different size bearing retainer than 5.125" has been modified.

I find that very interesting, since they used the 833 behind the small block from 64 up, and the OD didn't come out until 75. So that would be 11 years of production.

Do you have some production numbers you can share with us?

There is a retainer available that will bolt to the OD trans that has the 4.8" outside diameter. Brewer's sells them.

Do you have a link, I could not find it on Brewer's site.
