I used that set up for a long time. Great when your running the right cam and rear gear.
found out this is the cam im using a comp cams purple cam... any idea on hp now?

One last question, are your heads ported and what valve size.
IF I
assume (
Hate that word) that the heads are stock w/2.02/1.60 then I'll state 360 HP.
If the heads are
VERY well ported w/ large tube headers, you could produce 460 HP
That cam is very similar to the old 1st gen MoPar create engine. The 360/360hp create engine. They used the purple 284/.484/110 cam. The head was a stock "308" head w/2.02's.
IF your going to cruise around town some, then I suggest a RPM intake.
If your going to do light racing in a lightened car, 3000 rpm converter, 4.30 gears, the above TorkerII 340 intake isn't a bad choice to use since your ignoring torque production under 3000 rpm. Often found very inexpensivly here or on the net.
Or the $250 or so for a new RPM.
