Ron Mangus in Rialto is one of the best there is. Tons of creative ability but I can't say anything about 'reasonable' price.

Ron is pretty expensive works on very high end cars.
I had Rauls Auto Trim in Ontario, CA do my car back to stock they will not be the lowest price but do quality work.
