I'm not sure that's the correct cable. The picture shows a screw-on connector at the transmission end. Don't the '65 & earlier cars have a different attachment?
 
I think he's looking for a cable/housing combination. That's what the RockAuto link is for. But I think RockAuto is listing an incorrect part.
 
if you still need one iv'e got a complete setup out of a 65 fury and it's all in good workin order.i also have the 727 low miles the cable is still in it.
 
I have the one from my 63, it's yours if you want it, just pay shipping....
