Attempt at a home made dash cluster..

anyone who says rocky mountain dashes were overpriced doesn't know what they are talking about, this was a lot of work and I still need to fill all the low spots. Aluminum would be easier to work with if you had a proper shop to do it in, but for a guy in a garage, steel is more forgiving.

my gauges will be in this week so I can cut out the tach and speedo, i used a spare volt meter as a template to cut out the small holes, and I already put the guts from the volt meter in my old gauge panel so I will be selling that soon, seeing how most people want a volt meter in their stock cluster.

Been thinking about making a mold of this dash and making copies out of fiberglass if anyone is interested, DEFINITLY would not be a ready to install piece but a good starting place and an option to that flat panel redline thing. thinking 150ish and you would have to final sand it and paint it.

Next week I will focus on getting it ready for paint, there will be some filler needed to get the imperfections out.
