So my dad has 3 Corvairs, unsure if anyone is interested in them, They are located in norwich ny and i will be intown to show them the week of the 17th,
2 Red unsure of years :( if really interested i will get more info,
They are dual carbs non turbo i know that.
both of these have registrations, and would not be hard to get road worthy again have been sitting for ahwile

3rd one is down to the metal, surface rust is showing it is a parts car, and will come with almost all parts. I have not seen these cars for a few years, i used to drive the one for a few weeks. $2300 Rob 414 758 3296(sorry i live in milwaukee) and my dad doesnt like dealing with people coming around hemming and hawing.. If interested call or text that week and i will have more information. If this is the wrong place please let me know, all 3 are hard tops, all 3 are automatic, all 3 are i believe early 60's

We had a 65 vert... kind of weird little cars, but I like them!
Good luck selling them, they have a decent following...

ya i was going to post there but this one said car/car related and that one said not, i wasnt sure if non mopars were allowed here, i drove one of the red ones back when i was in highschool for a week when my truck blew, and the other my dad repainted for my grandfather some years ago. if i had room i would bring it back with me, but i have no room and not enough time as is,

2 carbs = 110 HP, 4 carbs = 140 HP, turbo = 185 HP

One of my first cars, 140 HP adapted to a VW transaxle = Fiberglass dune buggy

Thanks i posted it on there as well! just trying to help my dad clear out somethings theres also a 69 bug that is in middle of resto that i gotta try and unbury and figure out something with >.<

Yep, they are different.
Had a 65 Turbo. Lotta room inside, big trunk and I could play with V8s.
Sold it to a high school buddy.

I was so broke when I got out of the Navy in 73, that I got a 62 Corvair for $200. I took the throttle cable off my lawn mower (too short to make it to the front, so I had to reach back behind the driver seat to use it) and used it as the choke cable. Then in the summer, I would put it back on the lawn mower for mowing. :toothy10:

Cool cars. My uncle Harry had a 62 and my wife a 63 before I met her. We hit a deer one night with Uncle Harrys 62 which pretty much wasted it. Another guy back home had a 66 with a 427 in the back seat, I never saw it run and don't know if it ever did. I've seen quite a few 'vairs for sale lately.

Thanks much hes trying to clear out his yard, hence me towing my dart here finally but thats a good thing :p and i know if i dont get them sold he will probably end up junking them soon so, hopefully a collector or atleast some kid that wants to tinker will get them 3 cars at once is alot for a hobbiest to handle, i brought home 3 fieros one day, boy was the old man pissed at me!
