805moparkid; All good info on shackle angle you're receiving. I don't beleive anyone has mentioned this yet, but you should also check your rear shocks to make sure they are not fully extending and stopping your leaf springs and rear of your car from rising.
Easy to check. Support rear of car with jack stands under the frame, place floor jack under rear diff. Remove lower shock off of the stud and lower the diff until leaf springs stop extending. If the shocks are to short to reach mounting stud you need longer shocks or shock extensions.
