Small bolt ralley wheels

I have 4 sbp ralleys for sale with rings and early style center caps. The wheels are unfortunately painted brown by previous owner. The rings and centers are old, but presentable on a driver.
$275 plus shipping. I am in cincinnati...45215. Shipping would be about $50 bucks from here to newyork for a comparison.
