when you say knuckle arm i assume you mean spindle?

the lower ball joint bolts to the spindle...

so are you asking for new dust boot for the ball joints?

Whats the harm in not replacing it? Mine was only paper thin anyways.

If it leaks you'll get water in the lower ball joint making it die an early life. I got some from summit. Energy suspension brand.
