741 Case 3.55 open pumpkin

Assuming this is a pre 1973 (A Body) rear end? Is this unit complete with brakes and perches etc.? I am looking for a rear end for my 65 Valiant project, nothing real special, just a good complete rear end with hardware! I am interested, Thanks, Dane
