Sorry to say he pasted away in his 50's. He was a funny guy.
I worked in his restaurant for a year and learned alot about cooking.

Just watched a bunch of "Our Gang" / "Little Rascals episodes this morning that I have saved on DVR from the TCM channel:D

Great clip. Sorry to hear about your uncle. Great people leave great memories. Seeing how you learned cooking from one of the best, that leaves one question....

I bet he blest many good folks with his life and I bet you feel blest to have had him in your life 67gtx. Thank you for sharing his life with us.
