I agree. May be abandoned, may be family owned and they are close by and just avoids the place... Unless or until there's $$interest in it for some reason. Abandoned or not, I'd take serious offense if someone assumed something on my land was free for the taking or to enjoy tearing it up. The last guy that did that I waved a rifle at.
