I believe I have my starting problem narrowed down to the magnetic pick up. i am wondering if its worth replacing only the magnetic pick up or should I just get a new distributor? Also the reluctor looks to be on the rusty side, not sure why though its only about 5 yrs old, so i might need to replace that as well. any suggestions

I threw my stock one away (actually I gave it away) and now have and msd unit (the same one autoxcuda is using in his cuda.

the distributor is currently a mopar performance. it came in a mopar performance kit with ballast and ignition control module

Here ya go....

whats a pick up cost? 10 -20 bucks? fix the thing.

Damn, I came in a little late on this one. I went through 2 Cardone dizzys from autozone and just ordered a Proform for $132.00. I'd have rathered had the Accel.
That's a good deal.
