What's it worth? 1967 Plymouth Barracuda notch

Here it is. I went to look at a 67 Barracuda notchback today, and took a bunch of pictures. I'd like your guys' opinion on what its worth. And please no 'I bought a 67 Barracuda 383 car for $300, mint condition, so that's what its worth', because that doesn't help me.
The quarters are bad, and there are no front fenders. The front bumper comes with the car, as well as an extra trunk lid, and an extra hood with the '340S' emblems. The car has a rebuilt running 360 4 bbl (750 cfm), rebuilt auto tranny, and an A body 8 3/4 rear with SureGrip 3.91's. The owner upgraded the front to a clean set of big bolt discs. Buckets and console. The buckets have no tears, and the rear seat is good except for the very top rear. The dash pad is good, with no cracks, and it comes with an extra. The headlight bezels are in the trunk, as well as the door handles, mirror, and some extra trim. The doors are mint. All the glass is good, no cracks or chips or fogging. The floors are good. The frame rails are all good, no rot at all. The grill is good with no cracks, except the passenger side signal lense is cracked. The tail lights are perfect. The right side reverse lense is broken. All electrical works.
The car has been painted maroon, but the original blue paint shows through in some areas, so originally blue with white interior.
The guy wants less than $3000 for it.
The way I see it, is the expensive mechanical parts are there and done. The body does need attention, but its not too too bad. I know some will say 'Look for another', but honestly, where I live, there aren't any 'others'. They are very uncommon around here.

This way laying underneath, looking up at the trunk pan. The only rot was around the drain plug.

This picture isn't of the brake booster, but of the hole in the trunk behind the rear wheel well.

The bad quarter..
