A few years back I took my car in to the local tire chain store. One of those places where they don't allow people back in the shop..... I told 'em it had left hand lug nuts so be careful. Sat around out front for what seemed like a long time but they finally pulled the car around front. I paid and went home happy. (for a couple of days) When I got around to checking the wheel torque the front wheel loosened. That's when I noticed it had new studs and nuts. I went back to the shop steaming! They denied everything. Wouldn't even consider that THEIR tech could bust off the studs.
