I don't even know why I look at the classifieds, because I don't need another project. This 73 Dart Sport is in Nevada and about 5 hours away. The owner is trying to locate the title. It's just the shell, but also comes with the front clip. Originally a 340 car, but with auto. One thing that I don't like is that there is no fender tag. Normally I wouldn't bother with something that is sitting on the ground like this, but Nevada is very dry and the cars are usually rust free. There are not too many 340 cars left for the pickin'. He has an offer for $600 so far, but nobody has showed up with the money yet. What do you think?

She is looking for love from someone who will love her. Looks to be a clean body from the pics. I vote to save her.

Yeah, but that roof really scares me. I have tried to straighten one like that before and we ended up welding on a new roof. Major PITA.

Looks like it has been stripped of EVERYTHING!!!! But if you could find a good donor car this one looks pretty solid.. Other than that roof .. I would show up with $300 and hopefully drag it home..

.............Y was it stripped, could it have been stolen at 1 time, its pretty dam good to be taken apart and left 4 the vultures....save it....kim..........

Clean body, yes. But at the very least you're going to need yet another car for parts. That thing's been picked clean!

He does have the original dash with vin quite a few other parts for it. I know that I would have to find a donor car if I plan on saving it. I should take my own advice of "when in doubt, pass" I am going to pass.

It would make a good drag car or part out the sheetmetal.. I'd offer him $350, $400 max and make a killin' off the rust free body parts and panels...

$600 is too much. Crackedback had a complete roller for that price. 340, sunroof fold seat car.

Looks like the only indicator you have that it is a 340 car is the side stripe, and it ain't right. The numbers on a '73 stripe angled toward the front of the car instead of being straight up and down. Good one to pass on.
