We set a record today with 19 Prowlers at the Memorial Day Parade... What a great turn out... Also had 2 Vipers make the cruise with us...

Starting the season off with a special treat after the Memorial Day Parade for the Mile Hi Prowlers... Setting a record with Prowler attendance at 19 and adding 2 Vipers made it all the more fitting to make the Special Treat.. A lunch and a tour through the Denver Aquarium right down town just miles from the parade...

Here is something that happens to your car if you don't pay your Parking Tickets... The Denver Boot... It's been coppied by other citys to make you step up to the plate and pay you fines...

As you can see that they need the revenue as the court house back steps are getting the re new and the place needed it...

Wow what a amazing day, and another steller turn out... 10 and 2...... How fitting as that! It's the old school recomended hand posistion for driving and we were at some of the fastest electric go carts in Colorado and loving every lap of it... Again thanks go out to the ones that showed, as that is what makes it fun... Two weeks in a row I have planed a double header... This time it was the Go Karts and the Rambler Ranch... 10 and 2.... 10 Prowlers and 2 Vipers show to go racing... onecatnodog

Racing indoors with A/C ridding in electric Go Karts was a first for me, and mostly all of the gang... Hats off to Debbie and her crew that set aside parking for our toys and served up the drinks and put us into the racing gear at Speed Raceway...

Don't get me wrong it was a work out and a half to keep those 50mph Karts on the track in a tight winding course, and there was some spills and thrills.. But all the A/C in the world could not keep you from working up a sweat... Fun, Friends, and a Fantasic time was had at Speed Raceway...

Second part of the double header was just as much fun and interest for all, and the ones that made them both really got a treat... We lost Mark, Steve and Glennis, Mike and Andrea after the Go Karts but picked Russell and Cathy, Grant, and Rodney and Kathy, for the Rambler Ranch.. A half day with the Mile Hi Prowlers is like a full day with alot of other car clubs... Thanks guys and girls for joining us... The Rambler Ranch is way more than one can explain.. You just can't... I will stack some pictures in a slide show that wont do them or the place justice and will try to get them up in the next day or so... Thanks, Terry and the Rambler Ranch for letting us come visit for the last half of the day, and again I just can't say enough about the place... John(onecatnodog)

I would like to thank all that supported Sandy and Bob's car show in Monument, Co.... We had 8 Mile Hi Prowler Members make the event and they set a record with cars there... Just under 200 cars and there was a little of everything at the show... Fran and Roy, Marlowe and Michael, Pam and George, Grant, Roland, Dr. Steve, Suzy and me (onecatnodog) and of course Sandy and Bob.. Let me tell you a little about Tri Lakes Cares... Tri-Lakes Cares is a community-based non-profit agency serving the Tri-Lakes area in Northern El Paso County, that improves people's lives by providing emergency assistance, self-sufficiency programs and other social services, so it's a great cause... onecatnodog
