Gaining education and social development don't go together.
There is a time and place for everything.
My belief is the time will come when those state owned gathering places will be used only for testing and isolation study hall for those caught cheating the daily curriculum.
Imagine ETV plugged into all the smart phones etc.., and only completed assignments and passing scores keep those other device functions like music, talk, and text, accessible.
So those who pursue home schooling today are ahead of the times. Good luck with it.
